All Sales Final — No Returns or Refunds
Every CraFume order is custom-built. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please read these Terms in full before checking out.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing CraFume, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
2. Custom Products
Our perfumes are made-to-order based on the notes, color, bottle, and prompts you choose. Because each bottle is hand-assembled and filled per order, every sale is treated as a personalized, non-refundable transaction.
3. All Sales Final — No Returns, No Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for any reason once an order is placed.
- No returns are accepted on any CraFume product, opened or unopened.
- No exchanges are offered for fragrance preference, scent disagreement, or change of mind.
- Order modifications and cancellations are not possible once payment is confirmed.
- In the rare event of a damaged shipment, you must email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We may, at our sole discretion, replace the damaged unit. This is not a refund.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your address.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. CraFume is not responsible for carrier delays, lost mail, or undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect address.
6. Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Fragrance products may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some people. CraFume is not liable for adverse reactions. Always patch-test before regular use.
7. Data Collection & AI Model Training
By placing an order you acknowledge that CraFume collects analytics data through Google Analytics and uses anonymized customer behavior, prompts, and customization choices to train and improve our internal AI models. Full details are described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, text, photography, code, AI prompts, fragrance recipes) is owned by CraFume or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially redistribute our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
CraFume’s aggregate liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CraFume operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute not subject to the arbitration provision below.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and CraFume agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court or limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CraFume harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CraFume regarding your use of the site and your purchases.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
