Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

CraFume does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason. Please read this page in full before placing an order.

Why all sales are final

Each CraFume bottle is built to order. Our team blends, fills, labels, and packages your perfume only after you submit your order. Because every product is hand-made and personalized, we are unable to restock or resell returned units.

No returns · No refunds · No exchanges

  • No refunds are issued for any reason, including change of mind, dislike of scent, or sensitivity.
  • No returns are accepted on any CraFume product, opened or unopened, used or unused.
  • No exchanges are offered — including for different sizes, bottles, or fragrance variants.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after payment is captured.
  • Promo codes, gift cards, and discounts cannot be redeemed retroactively.

Damaged or incorrect items

In the rare event your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, the product, and the shipping label. We may, at our sole discretion, send a replacement of the same item. Replacements are not a refund and do not extend any other remedy.

Lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages

Once tracking shows a package has been delivered, CraFume is not liable for theft or loss. We are also not responsible for shipments that are returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase you acknowledge this no-refund policy. Filing a chargeback does not entitle you to a refund and may result in the suspension of your account.
